NJ Emancipation Statute & Changes in Child Support

Mr. Vuotto will be co-presenting with Robert Zaleski, Esq. ,Charles Hager, Esq. – Family Division Manager  and Hector Marcano – Chief Probation Officer at The Pines Manor, 2085 Route 27, Edison on Monday, October 24th, 6:00 p.m. “The Topic is “NJ Emancipation Statute & Changes in Child Support”.
The dinner program will focus on the following issues:

  • Termination Law Basics
  • Situations for which child support may continue after age 19
  • Continuation Request Process
  • What kinds of situations might occur after child support ends?
  • Intergovernmental Cases

This program has been approved by the BCLE of the Supreme Court of New Jersey for 1.0 hour of CLE credit.
All Middlesex County Superior Court Judges and their law clerks have been invited to attend.
